Lockable in the "Off" position with up to 3 padlocks (not furnished) with Door Interlock. Meets OSHA 1910.147 Lockout requirements. Available with red handle and yellow backplate or black handle with gray backplate. Operator is gasketed for Type 4 (IP65) environmental protection. Includes handle, 7.8 inch long shaft, coupling, legend plate and hardware.
