You may call our offices using the toll free number listed at the top of every page and place your order using a Purchase Order, MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. Our business hours are 8:00 A.M. until 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time.
You may fax us an order at (513) 489-2140, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Please include credit card information on the fax. We need the billing address as well as the shipping address. Please include the credit card number, expiration date, Name on the card and the security code.
You may email us anytime. If you email an order, please do not include your credit card number with the order. We realize that the chances of the email being intercepted are very small, however, it is better to be safe than sorry. If you want to use a credit card, just inform us in the email, and we will contact you for the proper numbers.
You may order anytime at our online shop. Just click the appropriate button to your left, and enter the company store. Just click the categories until you find what you need. Then click the "Add To Cart"; button, and add it to your shopping cart. The site is secure, using the latest SSL technology, so you may use your credit card there with no fear. If an item is backordered, we will notify you at once, and tell you when to expect delivery.
